2003 GMV envoy

Selling for a friend, the car turns on but when they try and start it the dash goes out. Thinking its a bad ground. They dont want to stick any money into it. So selling as is, for parts, or possibly fix. It will have to be trailered away. They couldnt see how many miles are on it because the service brake light is blocking it and wont come off.
