Made of fiberglass, NOT flimsy metal, (so will not get dented up by hail storm), large Air conditioning unit, larger refrigerator/freezer, a separated bedroom with separate cabinets and queen bed, outdoor shower faucet AND it is light weight, 5735 pounds, so can be pulled easily by a 1/2 ton pickup. Heavy duty electric tongue jack, heavy duty EQUALIZER Brand hitch with bars included, I have 2 storage boxes on the front ATV area that can be used for wood, or extra storage space if ATV not on front. Will sleep 6 comfortably, has microwave, indoor and outdoor sound system, this shower/tub has 2 levels which is great for giving small kids a bath, or they can sit while you shower them. 6 gallon hot water heater, 40 gallon fresh water tank, 2 propane tanks, well maintained, everything works great. I have a rack inside for 4 bicycles, fishing rod holders. Newer tires. We purchased this new and it has never let us down. This model is harder to find than the 2311, less of these were made than the plain 2311 model. This is ready to go.
