Has one new tire last year otherwise the other 3 are 2-3 years old

Check engine light is on due to the exhaust cam shaft solenoid sensor and has been on since owning the car and the tire pressure notification is on, I do not know for which tire but I can find out if needed

Has a brand new motor last year, due to a failed rod

Not a perfect car, has minor scratches and dings. Worst damage is on the trunk lid from a past accident with the 1st owner. Car runs and drives good
