Do you have land but need cash?

I'm looking for an affordable abandoned farmstead or some acres near Willow City, Towner or Upham. Off the beaten path would be great but beggars can't be choosers. A place i can build a small cabin for my boys and I that's close to our family farm is the goal. Let me know if you have 10 to 80 acres that might fit the bill.
