Sale Pending-Country Manor Park Model trailer

Remodel project! We bought this Country Manor (by Fairmont) park model trailer to remodel and move to the lake... but health issues changed those plans. This park model had fire damage in the bathroom. The bathroom needs to be remodeled completely and the rest of the trailer needs to be thoroughly cleaned, repainted and flooring replaced. This trailer has awesome potential! We would love to see someone appreciate it like we planned to. It is 40 feet x 10 feet. Has a loft with sleeping area, main bedroom at the back, one bathroom, a fireplace and lots of windows. This is a remodel project. We do not have the capability to move it for the new owners.
