Uploading a Photo with your ad

To upload a photo with your ad simply click the "Browse" box on ad creation screen.

A new window will appear which will allow you to locate your photo. Locate the photo and click on it twice or select it and click the "Open" button. You will see the text box fill in with the file location of the photo on your computer. The photo will not actually appear or upload until you have submitted your ad.  

If you have tried uploading a photo with your ad and receive one of the following error messages then there is something about your photo that is incompatible with our system. Generally this is caused by one of two things and you should receive a unique error message for each.

1. If you receive this message ""Invalid Function Name" or experience a long upload time then your image is most likely in a format that is not compatible with our system. Make sure the image is in a .jpg or JPEG file format. You can check the file format by right clicking on the image, click properties and check the file format. 2. If you receive this message:

First, try either refreshing this page, or hitting your browsers BACK button to return to your previous page

If you continue to receive this error, please contact us via email at webmaster@bismanonline.com.
IMPORTANT - Copy and Paste the Error Message you see at the bottom of this page into the body of the email. Also, please try to copy the URL you see in the Address bar of your browser as well

Then the file you are uploading is too large and needs to be resized. Make sure the file size is 2mb in size or less.
