There is no phone number to contact the ad owner?

For whatever reason some users do not want to be called about their ad and would prefer to be contacted via email. For this reason they leave their phone number blank or put in a dummy number.

***Important Note: Sometimes an invalid phone number can be a good indication that the ad is a scam. Please be cautious when dealing with poeple that don't want to talk over the phone. We would suggest to never send money through the mail expecting to get a product in return. Our site is all about local people and local transactions. Never make a transaction with someone outside of the state or country!

If the phone number field in the contact information is blank you can most likely send the user a message via our internal messaging system. There is no email address displayed for you to contact them by so you need to use our reply to form. This form is located beneath the ad details. If you are not signed into your account you will see the following image in place of the reply to form.

You will need to sign in to send the user a message. This is required because all messages are tracked and stored in our system not your personal email program. Therefore, if the user were to reply to your message we need to know who the message belongs to so we can send it back to your account.

Once you are signed in this area of the screen will change. Simply type your message in the text box and hit send. The message will be sent to the users account.

You will need to check back in your account on BisManOnline.com or sister site to see if the user has replied. To do so simply login to your account - click the member center icon and click the Messages tab.

If you are asking for pictures of a product or want the user to call you back it maybe helpful to check the check boxes beneath the message text. This will send the user your email address and phone number stored in your account.
