We lived in it 1.5 years and bought a home so no longer need it.

32 long.

10 ply tires with less than 2,000 miles bought in 2021.

2 new marine batteries in 2022.

Resealed roof summer 2023.

Fifth Wheel.

All-season package.

Self leveling jack system.

Everything works AC, Heat, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, electric fireplace (heats as well), radio, clean water pump, awning, etc.

Does need some repairs.

2 of the 3 waste tanks leak when fully filled, I think they leak on top where intake pipes connect.

After our first Montana winter in it we realized we had some mold. Some things were disposed of and we cleaned and treated all mold found.

No TVs because the one broke and we never replaced it.

Have bathroom mirror frame but needs new glass.
