The Air Seeder Parts Double Agitator was created to fix the bridging of product flow where the tank transitions to the meter. Our Double Agitator reduces the bridging of product and keeps it moving at a continuous rate through this transition.

Product flow has always been a concern in all tanks in any of our John Deere carts. Certain products are more susceptible than others (i.e. oats, barley, certain grass mixes, or products with seed treatments applied). And no matter the configuration, whether you have an OEM or aftermarket meter, this issue is present with any brand of meter that may be on your cart.

With our years of experience, we recognized that at the bottom of the tank (in the tanks transition where product is funneled into the meter) is where bridging of product can occur.

The Double Agitator kit comes with everything you need for a complete installation and works on the 1900, 1910, and C-Series hydraulic or ground-driven air carts. It also works seamlessly on both OEM and aftermarket tank transitions.
