1996 PaceArrow Chevy 37 motorhome

Youre looking at your dream on wheels. Husband and I bought this unit about 3 years ago and since then our family grew and so did our love for this motorhome. We have had so much fun traveling with our kiddos in this rig and decided we wanted to upgrade we love it so much! This old girl has a lot of life left and is absolutely beautiful inside as it has had a lot of upgrades and a very unique layout with a large bathroom. We are the 3rd owners and it has been meticulously maintained prior to us buying it and while under our ownership. NEVER a mouse or a cigarette in this beaut, you can eat right off the plush, easy to clean floor. Couch in the living area becomes a full size bed (Flexsteel) and queen size (super comfy, might steal it) bed in the back; king coil, been slept on less than 20 times mattress. Unit has 2 ACs that blow COLD and have never froze up. Windows are all fully intact, no chips or cracks. We just put in 3 brand new batteries and replaced $1500 worth of tires about 600 miles ago when we took her to Glacier out in Montana. Engine has 111115 miles on it, but shes a Chevy, not a Ford that is going to blow up on you. I literally cant think of anything that doesnt work. We arent dying to sell as this girl owes us nothing, and very sad to see her go! $18,000 OBO.
