1. Used Central Air Conditioner ($100.00 OBO):

If this unit was installed at the same time as the furnace I just had replaced, then it is about 25 years old. It still works, and we can test it if you want to. Lennox Elite Series.

2. Sink, Hoses, and Countertops ($50.00 OBO):

Countertops are from Menards, with a "basalt colored" laminate. Both holes fit the sink. I bought the sink on BisMan a few months ago, thinking I'd put it in my basement. But I found a utility sink that works much better before setting it up.

3. Decking ($100.00 OBO):

I'd like to replace this deck altogether. But before dismantling it, I'm putting it on BisMan to see if anyone can use it. It's in rough shape, needs to be painted, has splits, etc. Maybe the main portion could be used as a temporary patio, or the railing repurposed to separate a garden area?
