The first thing we did was put our very best price in the windshield of every vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Not only can our customers see our prices, but so can our competition, so they better be good prices.
With the best price philosophy in place, we offer a no negotiation, no hassle sales process. We won't wheel-n-deal with prices. What you see, is the price you pay. No matter if you're 18, or 62, everyone gets one low price, plain and simple, always.
The second thing we did was take all of our sales staff off a commission based pay plan and installed a compensation based pay plan. So now, our sales staff are paid on how happy the customer is, not how much they spend. So no matter if you buy a $2,000 vehicle or a $30,000 vehicle, they are paid the same.
Our sales staff is here to make sure the customers is satisfied and finds the right vehicle to fit their wants and needs, not push them into a vehicle that exceeds payments and wasn't exactly what they're looking for. Your satisfaction is what we are striving for.
