1969 Sovereign Land Yacht 31 for Sale

Location: Minot ND (willing to haul it to Minneapolis or Black Hills or similar distance West or Northish to Winnipeg)

Could be restored or renovated. It has some of the original cabinets and trim. Electric can still work with a new battery wired into the back. Tow electric works. Tow electric re-wired by airstream of Spokane. Owned it for just under 4 years and put on new tires and lubed the bearings (were still good). Installed a rock guard window on front window. Only put about 8000 miles on it in the last 4 years. Still has a single waste tank installed that held water when we purchased it but we have never put any water into it since our purchase. Has title and some of the original documentation and brochures as well as some of the extendable shade gear.

Was going to renovate but ended up getting a divorce so we had to sadly abandon the project.
