HIRING FARGO NORTH DAKOTA!

We are looking for a hard working and detail oriented candidate to lead a Fargo, ND based install crew. Our install season takes place approximately April 15th through November 15th, most of the physical install work falls during that time period. Winter months consist of off-time, service calls, quoting projects, home shows, and shop maintenance and organization. Total work hours per year seem to average around 1,500 hours for lead installers with most of those hours accruing during the install season. Additional winter work hours will be available if desired. Benefits are open to negotiation if the right candidate is found. Job Duties: Cut, bend, and fasten aluminum trim on residential and commercial properties. Route low voltage wiring and install led lights onto residential and commercial properties. Self schedule installs, meetings, and service calls. Train customers on the product after completion of the install. Manage helper/install assistant to complete permanent holiday lighting installs in a timely manner. Quote projects and meet with potential customers Perform service calls as needed Clean and organize shop, trailer, equipment, and materials Keep track of materials in stock and order new materials Requirements: Must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly manner and well represent our company Must have prior construction/contracting/trade job knowledge or experience. Must be willing to travel for jobs. Must be physically capable of the following: climbing ladders, working on roofs, and crawling through tight attic spaces.
