2006 Sunnybrook Titan 29 RBS

This Travel Trailer was used full and part time for 14 years. It has been stored for the last 4 years. We traveled with 2 small dogs. This trailer is NON-SMOKING. The Trailer needs a new mattress (Queen Size) and bedding. There is a smoke detector, CO detector and propane gas detector. The Trailer was recently hooked up at a Full Hookup RV site. The following systems work well (A/C, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Hot Water Heater and Furnace). The water lines were sanitized with bleach and NO leaks were detected.
