Rehoming dog

This is Boone. Super lovable 2 year old dog. Heeler Australian Shepherd, some border collie. I took him in when I lived on a farm and he did great loves to run stays close to the house and doesnt run off. I had to move into an apartment and I knew there would be struggles with potty training and what not. I would consider him potty trained but there are also times he doesnt make it outside out of excitement and pees in the house. I would also consider him a nervous dog but not harmful AT ALL. He loves cats other dogs and kids, in general everyone. And peeing in the house isnt a daily event.

I do not want to get rid of him and we love him so much but I also want him to be happy and it seems a farm is where he best fits. Or someone with a back yard.

I have done obedience training with him he knows heel, sit, down, stay sit, stay down, and over all listens very well. He is not neutered but up to date on all his shots.

I am not going to be over the moon picky but I will make sure he goes to a good home and thats final so I will be asking questions to protect him. Asking $100 to make sure its a good home.
