Movie projector with past MDU construction film.

This is a 8mm Keystone D109 projector with 2 reels included. The larger reel on picture is I assume pipeline installed film. Has Mdu on door of one picture of a vehicle. Maybe around early 1960's. The smaller film is a later date appears, but just shows work with a caterpillar. Also included is a extra bulb, original instruction manual, viewer to just close view film, cord and case. Appears this construction filmed might be between Bismarck and Minot.
