How to Resolve a Rejected Ad
    BisManOnline's procedures requires that we issue you a notification as to why your ad was rejected. This notification goes to your messages inbox in your member center on BisManOnline.com and will contain the instructions on how to fix your ad. Typically, ads are rejected for failure to comply with our commercial ad or pet fee policy. To check the message please follow the steps on how to check your messages.

    If your ad has been rejected, review the steps below to resolve the issue and get your ad approved.
     
      1.) First, you will want to login to your account if you haven't already done so. If your ad has been rejected, you will have a message showing in your inbox. Click on the envelope icon to see the message.





      2.) This will bring up a preview of the message notifying you of your ad rejection. Click on the message preview to see the full message.




      3.) Here, you will see the full message. Although the image below is an example, an actual ad rejection will state why your ad was rejected and offer solutions on how to resolve it. At this point, you can send a message with any questions or concerns you may have. Or, you can click the blue text saying "Visit the MEMBER CENTER to fix this ad" if you already know how to resolve the issue.




      4.)       If you clicked the blue link shown above, you will be taken to your MEMBER CENTER message inbox. As you can see, it will indicate that your ad has been rejected. Both messages relate to the same ad. You can click on the red link saying "You have (x) ads that have been rejected)" to visit the ad resolution screen.




      5.)       After clicking the link above, you will be taken to a screen showing you which ad requires your attention. You will have the option of clicking the yellow exclamation mark icon saying "Fix" or simply deleting the ad. If you click "Fix," you will be taken to step 6.




      6.)       After following step 5, you will arrive at a page that will allow you to modify your rejected ad. This will take you to the edit ad screen, where you can make any changes to your rejected ad to get it approved by an administrator to be posted on BisManOnline.
