Listing a skatepark for sale!

The structure is sitting inside of a building and came with the property at the time I purchased it. Constructed completely out of wood with very impressive contours and curves! Whoever built this setup knew what they were doing. I have some pictures posted showing the undercarriage of the structure and how the skatepark is braced and supported. Surface top is smooth and flush throughout the entire build. The dimensions of the skatepark are 72' x 20' (L x W). One end of the structure is a half bowl while the other end appears to be an 8' ramp with railings around the top. Edges of the skatepark are finished all the way around with trim and sits flush to the surface top. The entire structure sits level on landscaping blocks and is not secured or fastened to the building.

Asking $10,000 OBO for the structure. Very impressive build and will be a lot of fun for whoever makes the purchase! Will work with the buyer to figure out logistics on how to remove the structure from the building. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!
