is a concurrent resolution (that means both House and Senate are in on this) to direct the Legislative Management to study homelessness and barriers to getting housing, including consideration of the effectiveness of the RentHelp program; the provision of housing financiaol support; legal assitance programs available to tenants; state, local, or federal educational programs for tenants and landlords regarding rights and responsibilities; et cetera.
