I have a small herd of cows, goats, and horses cattle leave for summer to pasture come back in the fall

Would be open to a lease to own. Can feed and calve out cattle for you as winter rent. 

Can put up fences,need electricity, water can bring in a cabin a barn or tree row would be good also

Have dogs both house trained and go to work everyday with me no cats or kids don't party not gonna trash your place just trying to move off my current place
