As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with Department Management to learn about each departments functions and how they interact to assist in the Distribution Centers success. This 3 month training program will prepare you to focus on and specialize in one department to refine your leadership and coaching skills to assist others in succeeding as well as. The Manager Trainee position is a training opportunity for you to become an Assistant Department Manager and eventually a Department Manager.

Manage and lead team members in your area
Ensure that all product is received and shipped in the most efficient way
Keep all work areas in good repair, orderly, clean, and safe
Use resources and equipment efficiently and to capacity to fill orders
Ensure all safety policies are followed by Team Members and all training is up to date
Keep all safety training and maintenance well documented
Maintain an open communication with all Team Members regarding safety issues
Work with supervisors and managers in your area to accomplish goals
Come up with innovative ideas to improve current processes
Bachelors Degree in business or related field such as Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent management experience
