Morton County is currently accepting applications for a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary with an ambitious interest in working within the justice system. We prefer applicants to have at least one year of experience working in a fast-paced and high demand work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clerical functions such:
Receiving/responding to incoming verbal/written communication;
Preparing new files;
Reviewing, printing and distributing incoming correspondence;
Locating, organizing and making available files for initial appearances;
Assisting customers, law enforcement personnel, judges, court administration, victim witnesses and other key partners;
Court calendaring; and
Critical administrative tasks (subpoenas, lab requests, DOT requests and Law Enforcement requests).
