13 year old, brown AQHA mare. 15.2 hands tall & approximately 1200 pounds (measured with tape)

This mare has a sweet, kind personality. She is easy to catch, very good ground manners. Ground & hard ties. Good for trims but is a little quirky when nailing shoes on. Ive had front shoes on her last two summers since I have shown her, she never had shoes on before. No maintenance. Gets fat off air. I do float her teeth every fall.

I have had her three summers. Ive hauled her everywhere. Badlands, parades, many trail rides, horse shows, and clinics. Crosses water, bridges, anything you point her at.

I have taken her to three clinics, Phil Haugen general horsemanship. Zach Hedberg for ranch horse showing and most recently reining & cow work with Abby Mixon.

She came from a big ranch/feedlot in western ND where she gathered cows in big, rough country & drug calves to the fire. You can rope off her, I have not.

Handles indoor & outdoor arenas well. Been to several play days with her too. Rides bare back & double, my niece rode her at a fun nights in a small arena. She is NOT being sold as a kid horse.

Where she thrives is when working. She loves a hard days work on cows. She has zero quit. She is also fancy broke with buttons to side pass, open gates, back through obstacles and flying lead changes but she doesnt love being a show horse. She has humored me when I ask. Shania is gorgeous & has won a few conformation champions in Ranch Horse Versatility shows.

She can be watchy at times but has never bucked or done anything crazy. Intermediate rider suggested as she has a motor. She is buddy sour with my gelding but a few whinnies back & shes over it.
