14" 1.5 hp axial bin fan 120/220 volt single phase

Was an originally a marathon, motor got replaced with a baldor. Has no controls, just plug in to turn on. Been gone through with new capacitor and bearings at bigwoods electric. Very little vibration. Wired for 220, has around a 10' cord.
