1980 Chevrolet Corvette IMSA Ecklers Daytona Coupe Body Kit 27k T-Tops

I am listing this vehicle for a friend, this is a 1980 Corvette with the super rare Eckler's Daytona Coupe body kit and T-Tops

This body kit was inspired by the IMSA race cars of the 1970s

My friend built this car in 1994 with his father, both professional mechanics, it was their last project together before his father passed away

This car looks, runs, and drives almost as good as new

It has always been meticulously maintained and stored inside

It has the optional high-output 350ci 5.7L V8 engine, 50 state legal with the stock exhaust system with catalytic converters and smog pump

The engine is mated to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission

The air conditioning works great and blows cold

This car has power brakes, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, and rear window defrost

Prime Wheels with Cooper 265-50R15 front and 295-50R15 rear

There is a small paint chip on the gas cap, as seen in the pictures

This Corvette also has a fully functional 8-Track player, and for the right deal, a bunch of 8-Track tapes will be included!
