Cab and chassis, 370 engine and a 4speed with 2sp rear axle, it is good shape, no rust, would have to be hauled needs a gas tank, or gas tank cleaned, fuel pump and carb cleaned. I had running last summer but not quite right, the choke had to out and the gas smells rotten. It does run alright when I put gas down the carb. Engine seems to be good. Have title. Can deliver for a fee
