Additional Notes
Vessel has seen active offshore use and is a proven bluewater boat.
All systems are fully functional.
The anchor locker was rebuilt this past spring (2026).
The bottom was repainted in March (2026).
To our knowledge we are the third owner of Navigator. She had an early life as a charter and then spent ~25 years with the second owner. We have owned her since 2021.
We are choosing to sell Navigator due to wanting to spend our winter and spring elsewhere (skiing as one thing we have been missing).
We were in the process of remaking the headliners (new plywood backing is installed but uncovered right now). We stopped that project when we decided to sell to allow the new owner to pick their fabric color.
There may be some locations of internal spongy wood that need to be addressed (nothing that seemed too serious as we packed up).
None of the ports and hatch leak, but eventually they will benefit with some caulking and resealing attention.
Navigator was manufactured with a flip keel. However the mechanism was a maintenance problem so the second owner bolted the flip keel in the up position giving Navigator a shoal keel with a 5.5 ft draft.
The mooring in Christiansted Harbor (St Croix, USVI) can be included if interested.
The boat can be delivered anywhere in the world for a commensurate fee.

Navigator is a solid older bluewater monohull. She is a comfortable live-aboard with a three-cabin layouta master and two quarter berthsand two heads. She has a classic wood interior. She is a fully equipped offshore cruising yacht for extended voyaging or liveaboard use.
While fully functional and ready to sail, Navigator has typical wear for her age: chips in the top-side fiberglass, pitted aluminum rails and stanchions, weathered teak, sun-fading and a few wear holes on the bimini and dodger, some loose lifeline stanchions, some delaminated wood under a port or two and under the settee, etc. None of this affects her use, but the cosmetics might bother some.
