2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37A RV Class A Motorhome
Well-maintained 2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37A built on the desirable Workhorse W22 chassis with the powerful GM 8.1L Vortec V8 and Allison automatic transmission. This was one of Fleetwood's nicer trim levels with the upgraded chassis and has been well cared for. Everything is ready for your next trip.
Last year the coach was inspected by an RV mechanic who serviced the mechanical systems and topped off or replaced anything that needed attention. Since then it has been driven only about 2,000 miles.

Disclosure
The only issues I'm aware of is that the shower had lower-than-normal water pressure at the end of last season. I haven't investigated it yet. The outdoor automatic steps also stick every once in a while which just requires a little tap to move if that happens. Other than that, everything else operates normally.
We're selling because we simply aren't using it enough anymore.
If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained Class A with major maintenance already taken care of -- including all new tires, lithium house battery, new chassis battery, and a professional mechanical inspection -- this Pace Arrow is ready for the road. Even the fuel tank is full.
