2007 28' pull camper

2007 Sunset Creek by SunnyBrook 28 pull camper with slide out. I purchased this summer of 2023 for an expected extended trip this spring, but the plans have now changed.

The interior is immaculate, looks as new. The exterior is nearly immaculate, the sealant around the roofline, the water, electric and CATV connection points show aging, but no faults, no leaks, now or in the past. Stove, refrigerator, microwave oven are all clean, look as though theyve never been used. Furnace works very well. Siding and decals are all in excellent visual condition.

In fall 2023 I had the axle bearings serviced, new tires were installed, spare tire and mounting bracket installed, and installed a new battery this month. Propane tanks are full, 6x6 green treated blocks for the stabilizing jacks added, and wheel chocks. High security hitch lock installed. Connecting water hose, water pressure regulator with pressure gauge, extension power cord, 4 wire to 3 wire adapter power cord, and drain hose blocks included. No drain hose though.

Factory included 160 watt AM/FM stereo, gas stove, electric/gas refrigerator, electric microwave.

Seats 7 comfortably, sleeps 4-6: has RV queen bed, pullout sofa and table seating converts to a bed also.

Water system is still winterized, all original factory docs are in a packet and included.
