very nice, like new condition, 31 ft. bumper pull with equalizer hitch, pulls easy with 1/2 ton pickup, big slide out, rear bunkhouse with tv and slide out closet, polar package, outdoor kitchen, outdoor stereo, big awning, outside entrance to bathroom, new 10 ply tires last summer with aluminum wheels, decals look like new, always stored in shop, regular queen size mattress, lots of seating around table, sleeps 11, everything works as it should, extras acc.
