Selling cause we dont use it anymore. Inside is in really great shape and everything inside works as it should. New toilet put in last year. Oven/stove never used. All other appliances in great shape. A/C, heat, and electric fireplace work great. Newer water pump. Whole water system has never froze and has been winterized every year. The outside body is in good shape no dents or major scratches. The decals are of course faded and peeling like campers do for its age. Tires are all but new maybe 1000 miles on them. The awning works but does have a small tear in top right corner. Rear right jack doesnt work, roughrider in Dickinson fixed it once but dont remember what they did and I havent looked into it.
