The panel frame consists of the following:

1- 1/4" to 5/16" thick x 2-5/8" x 23'-11" round tube for the top rail.

5- 1/4" x 5/16" thick x 2-5/8" x 5' uprights.

5 or 6-7/8" x 23'-10" sucker rod for bars.

We offer the following weld on panel clip options for securing the rod to the panel frame:

3/16" thick x 3/4" wide pressed panel clips for the following rod diameters, 3/4", 7/8", 1" rod.

1/4" thick x 3/4" wide pressed panel clips for the following rod diameters, 3/4", 7/8", 1', 1-1/4". 1-1/2" rod.

3/16" thick x 1" wide pressed panel clips for the following rod diameters, 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" rod.

1/4" thick x 1" wide pressed panel clips for the following rod diameters, 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" rod.

We use the same pipe for the panel feet on the bottom of the panel.

We use the same chain and t-locks, and the same leg gussets as our regular free standing panels.

3/8" round rod pressed panel clips for the following rod diameters, 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" rod.
