Apu generator

I have a stand alone apu that I had on a couple different trucks. It has a 18 hp 3cyl Perkins diesel motor with just under 10000 hrs and a 7200 watt pancake generator attached to the flywheel. I replaced the water pump and thermostat and valve cover and oil pan gaskets and replaced the radiator. It had electric heating and cooling unit that went in the truck sleeper but went bad, I have extra control box, and 110 plugin box, and 220 plug-in. Can include 140 gal freightliner fuel tank. this could easily be used as a back up generator for a garage or small shop. I just don't have a use for it or a good place to store it.
