Belgium Browning, Rimfire.22 Long Rifle, Semiautomatic, Very Accurate, Mint Condition. With New Simmons Pro Rimfire Scope. Originally purchased new, by my father and passed on to me. I know the complete history of this rifle.

Quick breakdown, two piece Rifle. Just slide alignment pin up on underside of barrel(its tight and you have to work it a little), pull open ejection door on receiver, so barrel clears the bolt, and turn barrel 90 degrees and lift from the receiver, and out of the rifle. To assemble: hold receiver door open, drop in barrel, same 90 degree location as it was removed, twist clockwise and then lock in place with alignment pin down into receiver notch. Flawless action (for some reason this rifle hates Winchester SuperX ammunition, and is the only brand found to be an issue. The round went into the barrel fine, but on ejection the case had expanded enough to slow down the bolt and the casing was caught in the door so it couldnt close. Now this was found out in the 60s, so it wasnt ever bought again, maybe they have changed their dies since, IDK. Different brands since then have been used and no problems at all). Check out the pictures closely, this is a little beauty! Mint Condition. I am not a gun grader, but with Pristine being above Mint, I think I am being fair and honest in my assessment. The blueing is stellar with no wear marks, rust or scratches, the wood is stellar with no scratches or dents or anything major. With ultra close inspection, there are slight tiny marks or dings in a couple spots, but you have to look closely under a light at different angles to see them. What is use with very good care, but very few and not very noticeable, Im talking very fine imperfections and very few. A high shine wood is impossible to keep perfect if it is being used, coat zippers or anything affect it just slightly on the surface. I have not touched the finish, most imperfections if done properly could probably be buffed out. The steel and engravings are extremely clean and free of damage or scratches. I am being very picky and honest as I can. I also leveled the rifle and then added the scope and leveled it to the rifle. Properly aligned and secured it with lock tite blue on the screws. Brand new Monstrum, see thru mounts, Black Matte finish, New 3x9x32 Simmons Pro Rimfire Scope, Black Matte finish. Zero at 50yds. Vertical crosshair has three elevation marks below horizontal crosshair, calibrated specifically for a .22 Rimfire. First mark is 75yds, second mark 100yds, third mark 125yds. Scope has not been sighted in. See thru dust cover caps, box, cleaning cloth, decal and instructions also included. The condition of this rifle puts it in a category to command a higher price. Its worth $1500, without the scope. A free, new, mounted scope with new rings, thrown in, is the best deal I can give on this one. The only way that you will find one in better condition, is if its still in the box in packing grease and never been used. Either for yourself, spouse, son, daughter or grandchild, this would be one of the most treasured firearms in yours or their collection.
