I just moved down to Beulah to take a Job with the coal mine. Am looking for a farmstead or land to either rent, lease, or buy on a CFD. Size doesn't really matter, but would prefer atleast 10 acres, the more the marrier. Can be a cash deal or a legitimate contract, perfectly fine with either!
