04 Durango 4wd. 124,000 miles. Runs good

Low mileage, only 124k. Tranny is solid. New battery. Motor runs good. No check engine codes. Body is almost flawless. No rust. Interior is nice and clean. Tires like 80% , only issue worth mentioning is a slight ticking sound ..think the timing chain may need adjusting , but I've been driving it all over for several weeks and dosent affect the driving at all. AC and heat work. Very solid vehicle. Clean title.
