2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS (2nd Owner) 120K Miles, New Tires/Alternator/Battery

We bought this truck a few years back from our friends dad who bought brand new. We are the 2nd owners. We bought it with 85K something miles. Our son drove as a daily driver. Replaced Tires, Alternator and battery within last 6-9 months. ($1200) No mechanical problems to the best of my knowledge. Ridgeline's have a very good 4x4 system and does very well in the snow. We are selling only because our son bought my wife's truck that's newer. Exterior does have rust, interior looks new, has a hard cover for the box.

KBB--suggested selling price is $7,240 and book range is $6,765-7,715. Asking $5,500 obo so in other words, $5,000 as that's what you'll probably offer anyway?
