2013 South Bay 522 FCR with a Mercury 90HP

We are selling our 2013 South Bay 523 FCR. This is a 24 foot pontoon with a built in live well. It has a Mercury 90HP 4-stroke motor with roughly 300 hours on it. Trailer not included.

We have been the sole owners and the pictures are from the original purchase. I can send updated pictures as soon as the shrink wrap is removed and its in the slip.

We have kept the pontoon at misty waters and it has been winterized, serviced, and stored by River City Sports each year.

The cover was custom fabricated in town two years ago and will last many more years. Everything works and runs great.
