2015 Chevy Cruze. Transmission issues.

I havent had the car looked at by a mechanic of any sort but Im thinking its in need of a transmission. Its still drives in manual mode but slips at lower rpm and stumbles on initial take off. It does have a nearly brand new set of tires with less than 5k miles. The interior and exterior are in pretty good shape just need a good cleaning.
