Akai GX-266 II Open Reel Tape Deck Recorder for parts or repair

Notes:

Turns the reels ok.

Left needle is not working.

Out to a receiver:

Right speaker played ok but Left speaker played a scratchy noise.

Headphones from reel to reel played left ok but right side ear had a scratchy noise.

If I pull the earphone plug out slightly the right ear plays ok but the left is silent.

All other buttons seem to work ok.
