This timeshare is approximately a 5 to 6 hour drive from Bismarck. This is located across the road from Terry Peak ski area, approximately 10 minutes from Deadwood. We have owned a timeshare at this location since 2001. We currently own 2 different times and are selling our time in June. It is normally around the second week of June. It is a 3 bedroom. See attached photos. It includes a fireplace, in room sauna, out of room swimming pool, hot tub, etc. It has a fully stocked kitchen and dining area to make all your meals there. The room can be split into two trips if you prefer, 3 nights and 4 nights. You need to work out the dates with management if other than your owned week. You will enjoy all the things to do in the Black Hills such as hiking, site seeing, bike riding, UTV riding, golf, etc.

The maintenance cost of this 3 bedroom unit is $750 per year and currently a $100 special assessment cost for extra maintenance they are doing to the buildings. This is about half the cost of most other timeshares. You can belong to RCI and exchange this week to stay all over the world if interested. We havent exchanged it. We enjoy spending our time in the Black Hills each year.

We paid for the 2026 maintenance fee and assessment fee. We didn't use it. You may still use it this year! You will need to pay the closing cost of $500 + $329 = $829. Compare this to the cost of a camper and pickup to pull it! A great gift for your family every year. Message if interested.
