Bismarck Senior Home Care is now hiring caregivers!

We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide quality in-home care. Must be able to work every other weekend. Shifts available are daytime, evening, overnights and weekends. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

~Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

~Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

~Provide companionship and emotional support

~Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

~Help with mobility and transfers as appropriate

~Provide medication reminders

~Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

~Communicate changes in the clients condition to the appropriate supervisor or family member

~Respect each clients privacy, dignity, and independence

Qualifications:

~Compassionate and dependable

~Reliable transportation

~Ability to pass required background checks

~Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
