The lift platform folds up when not in use. The platform can be tilted down to open trunk or hatch when the lift is mounted. Electric lift motor with key switch for easy up/down operation. Includes wiring harness, keys for switch, 4 retractable tie downs mounted to lift platform. Easy to move scooter on and off the platform with no ramps. Has a built in holder to mount license plate.
