Flooring Installer Full-Time

Multi-Style Flooring is hiring experienced flooring installers to join our growing team. We're looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want steady, year-round work.

Experience Preferred

- Hardwood flooring

- Laminate

- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT)

- Stretch-in carpet

- Ceramic and porcelain tile

Responsibilities

- Install flooring according to industry standards.

- Assist with job site setup and cleanup.

- Load, unload, and transport materials.

- Safely operate hand and power tools.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.

- Follow all job site safety procedures.

- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

- Previous flooring installation or construction experience preferred.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Ability to lift and carry flooring materials.

- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Benefits

- Full-time position

- Starting pay: $30.00 per hour

- Overtime available

- After a 90-day probationary period, pay will be reviewed and increased to $30$40 per hour based on performance, quality of work, reliability, attitude, and experience.
