Hitch mount cargo carrier

I am selling this item for a family member, and it is available to be viewed and picked up in Bismarck. The carrier was only used a few times and is in good condition. The picture supplied here is basically what it looks like when attached to the vehicle. The carrier is not needed anymore, and they want to sell it.
