Available in November. We have a house near the University of Mary (six minutes drive) with a large bedroom and bathroom that we plan to rent starting this September. The room has a semi-private entrance and a separate staircase that leads to an extra large bedroom and bath over the garage, and we also have a garage parking space for the renter. The renter can share the main kitchen and the washer and dryer, as well as all utilities, and the big back yard. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
