What You'll Do

Take on a wide range of residential remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and more

Perform both rough and finish carpentry with high attention to detail

Lead Carpenters: oversee and mentor another carpenter, self-manage job sites, and ensure projects are completed to quality standards and timelines

Collaborate with project managers and team members to keep jobs on track

What We're Looking For

Lead Carpenters: 5+ years of consistent foreman/leadership experience in residential remodeling

Carpenters: solid skills in both rough and finish carpentry

Ability to read and execute floorplans/blueprints

Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional attitude

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
