I am a local ND resident looking to purchase some land/water to waterfowl hunt on. I am interested in anything between Bismarck to Jamestown north or south of I-94. I am looking for smaller acreage somewhere between 40-80 acres but will consider more if needed. Preferred to have some kind of water on it such as a slough or pond or can border a lake as well.
