Looking for a contract for deed home within 15-20 miles of Bismarck/Mandan. Would prefer out of city limits. Credit is poor on both sides due to poor decisions while younger. Average about 6k a month income and currently pay 1k in rent. Do have an animal business so a larger garage or enough land to put one on is a plus! Thank you!
